   CoverPose is a trading name of PoshLayer Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17359605, whose registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. In these terms that company is "we" and "us".

2. What this site is

   A roster of models and a showbook of finished pictures for each. Nothing on it is an offer to supply anything, and nothing can be bought on it.

3. Booking a model

   A booking is agreed with us in writing, on the terms set out for that booking. Until then there is no contract between us.

4. The pictures and the name

   The pictures on this site may not be copied, reused or altered without written permission. The CoverPose name and wordmark are ours.

   These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
